We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Quraiyat is an old popular district in south Jeddah between Al Thaalibah and the eastern Nazlah, densely occupied with ageing apartment buildings. Mattresses here suffer from black diesel soot from heavy lorries on the main roads and oily odours from nearby industrial activity. Coastal humidity adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics. Cleaning here means concentrating on washing greasy soot and residue from deep inside the mattress.
Mattresses in Al Quraiyat collect oily black soot from diesel fumes more than anywhere else, and coastal humidity keeps odours trapped for longer. For the method itself, see our guide to mattress cleaning.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city, and heavy lorries pass on the roads constantly. Soot and diesel rise in the air and settle on mattresses with a very strong smell. This oily dust clings to the fibres and needs deep extraction, not surface cleaning. It is different from ordinary dust and requires specific methods.
Al Quraiyat lies close to the sea and to industrial activity, and the air is saturated with moisture and industrial vapour at the same time. Mattresses absorb this extra humidity and dry very slowly, and mould can develop in the inner layers.
The aged flats, rusty pipework and old water lines all seep extra moisture into the building. Mattresses in old quarters face more humidity and need deeper cleaning and longer airing.
An old densely populated district in south Jeddah between Al Thaalibah and the Nazlah quarters, with aged apartment blocks and everyday shops, and the College of Telecommunications and Electronics nearby.
Mattresses in Al Quraiyat need thorough checking for oily soot, mould and moisture before we decide on the cleaning method.
Deep vacuum targets oily soot and grease from the inner layers where they cling hardest.
Oily and black stains are treated by methods that remove grease and soot together without weakening old fabric.
Cleaning covers both sides and edges thoroughly because soot enters from all directions on these main roads.
Wet extraction removes dirty water and grease very efficiently to reduce drying moisture.
Sanitising, long airing and humidity control are essential to prevent mould and oily smells returning.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
The College of Telecommunications and Electronics marks one boundary of the district, and King Khalid Road runs past most of the apartment blocks, making it straightforward for the team and equipment to reach the older flats.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraiyat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
