We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sarawat is an industrial district in far south Jeddah near Al Khumrah along the Al Laith Road, with warehouses, workshops and scattered homes. Mattresses here face dust from workshops and heavy grit, constant diesel soot, and they need firm extraction and thorough drying to remove what ordinary vacuuming cannot reach.
Dust here is not from one source but a mixture of metal particles from workshops, diesel soot from lorries and moisture from the nearby harbour, all combined in the air. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Workshops in the district operate heavy machinery every day releasing metal particles, wood dust and shredded plastic. This heavy grit falls directly on homes and enters mattresses easily. Grit does not drift far but settles near its source.
The Al Laith Expressway runs through the district and heavy lorry traffic continues from dawn to dusk. Each lorry burns diesel and releases oily soot that penetrates homes easily. Mattresses absorb this soot and develop musty odours.
The harbour and corniche are close to the homes, and coastal humidity and salt drift into the air. Homes face high humidity and mattresses absorb this moisture slowly and do not dry easily.
The district stretches between the Industrial City to the north and the southern corniche to the west, and the Al Laith Road runs nearby carrying continuous heavy lorry traffic.
In Al Sarawat, we carefully inspect the cover and filling because heavy workshop particles and metals may damage delicate fabrics.
Deep dry vacuum focuses on pulling heavy metal and wood grit from the surface and first layers.
Diesel soot, grease from lorries and harbour moisture each need separate treatment before extraction.
Deep cleaning and extraction work together to pull heavy particles and soot from inside the foam.
Wet extraction here is firm and prolonged because soot and high humidity need thorough removal.
Sanitising and intensive airing are essential to remove oily odours and salt residue completely from the mattress.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Al Sarawat sits about 3.5 km from Al Khumrah and about 4.5 km from Al Sarawriyah.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
Workshops and warehouses emit heavy grit, the Al Laith Road brings constant diesel soot, and the harbour raises moisture and salt. Cleaning here needs very firm extraction of particles and intensive treatment for soot and moisture.
We provide these in Al Sarawat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
