We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sahl is a small quiet locality in south east Jeddah, reached by Al Rakb Street from the busy Jeddah Makkah Expressway, with a neighbourhood school and scattered residential buildings and chalet style homes. The light development means open spaces and gardens everywhere, so fine sand enters mattresses and irrigation water leaves chalky deposits. Deep cleaning removes what settles in the inner layers of this diffuse but widespread pollution.
Wide open spaces and gardens in Al Sahl mean fine sand and irrigation water enter the home on sandals and clothes more than in dense or mixed districts. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
The area is lightly built with homes far apart, each with an open garden or courtyard. Fine sand enters on sandals and clothing and spreads easily on floors, then rises into the mattress on air currents. Ordinary vacuuming pulls surface sand, but sand deep in the layers needs repeated deep extraction to lift.
Gardens and courtyards between homes are watered constantly, and spray reaches bedroom windows and mattress surfaces. Irrigation water deposits white chalky scale that clings to fabric, and vacuum alone cannot remove it; chemical treatment matched to water hardness is needed.
Light development means moving air and good ventilation, but wind also carries sand from gardens and open land. Mattresses dry quickly after cleaning, but sand returns fast because of open air and scattered homes allowing wind through.
The locality sits in the Bahrah area of south east Jeddah, lightly populated between scattered residential buildings and chalet accommodation, served by Al Rakb Street linking to the busy Jeddah Makkah Expressway.
Mattresses in Al Sahl are mostly new because homes are relatively recent. Fabrics are varied but most are water resistant; care is needed with premium mattress covers in new villas.
Deep dry vacuum needs extra time because of fine sand requiring repeated vacuum passes. Brush goes over the surface multiple times, then strong suction, then side extraction.
Lime scale from irrigation is treated with a de-scaling agent matched to water hardness. Warm water helps but must not sit long on new fabric covers.
Surface cleaning is followed by wet extraction reaching the bottom edge where sand and dissolved scale collect.
Water extraction is critical; the team re-extracts until certain no water remains trapped holding sand and scale particles.
Drying is fast in this open area because of air movement and good ventilation, but sand returns quickly because of wind and open gardens everywhere.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
In Al Sahl the team arrives via Al Rakb Street branching from the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, and work takes place in homes and villas around Al Sahl Basic School within the lightly scattered residential spread.
We provide these in Al Sahl too, and more than one can share a single visit.
