We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Quraniyah is an established district in south Jeddah between the port and industrial city on one side and heavy goods routes on the other. The dust here is darker and oilier than anywhere else in the city, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit. It clings to curtains and mattresses and blackens cement floors. Mattresses carry diesel smell and grease staining. Deep cleaning targets lifting embedded soot and grease from the foam layers where they accumulate fastest.
Mattresses in Al Quraniyah carry strong diesel smell and black soot stains that ordinary cleaning does not remove, because soot particles penetrate the fibres and bond chemically with them. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
The district near the port and heavy routes brings daily diesel soot. Soot does not sit on the surface, it penetrates the fabric and bonds with it chemically. Ordinary vacuuming cannot lift soot once it is bonded into the weave.
Coastal proximity brings humidity, and moisture embeds soot deeper into the fibres. The result is strong oily smell and deep black staining that does not fade easily even with cleaning.
Floors in older housing are plain cement or old ceramic, and soot blackens them within hours. Mattresses lying on these floors absorb the heavy grit and soot particles directly.
The district sits between the port, the industrial city and heavy traffic routes, meaning darker, greasier dust and continuous diesel soot settles on every surface and mattress, with air pollution levels higher than residential-only areas.
We examine the mattress carefully to assess soot and grease bonding depth, and may find very deep black staining from years of diesel exposure near industrial routes.
Deep dry vacuuming lifts soot particles from the surface layers, but bonded soot requires chemical treatment before extraction to break the bond with fibres.
Black and oily stains are treated with strong products that penetrate the fibres and break apart soot bonds before extraction pulls them away completely.
Deep cleaning of both sides and all edges penetrates every layer to reach soot accumulated from continuous exposure to industrial air and diesel routes.
Wet extraction removes dissolved grease and soot, essential here because oily soot will not leave the foam with dry extraction alone no matter how deep.
Drying and sanitising are critical because coastal humidity will remix with residual soot and regenerate odour within days without proper moisture control.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Al Quraniyah lies between Al Qurayniyah Market and Al Waqidi Primary School. We use these landmarks to locate scattered flats and mixed apartment buildings in the district, and often ask about the local market or school as starting references to guide us through the neighbourhood.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
