We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Naseem is a mixed district in central Jeddah stretching between King Abdullah Road and Prince Majid Road, with villas and residential blocks lining heavily congested commercial streets. The main roads carry very dense traffic, and the fine black dust from car and truck engines rises on air into the flats and villas. Mattresses absorb this oily dust and soot quickly into the inner layers, and cleaning needs deep treatment to remove what clings to the mattress fabric from street pollution.
Very busy commercial streets mean fine black dust from car engines rises into homes easily, and mattresses retain street smell longer than in quiet neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
King Abdullah Road and Prince Majid Road carry very heavy traffic, and fine black dust from car and truck engines rises on warm air. This oily dust penetrates mattress fabric and does not yield to ordinary vacuuming; deep extraction with special chemical treatment is needed.
Homes and flats are tightly spaced in Al Naseem and streets are narrow, trapping polluted air in the neighbourhood. Dampness and dust together mean mattresses dry slowly after cleaning, and mould forms easily if drying is not complete.
Central Jeddah has older homes and some have terrazzo or aged ceramic floors. These smooth worn surfaces easily stained by soot and grease pull contaminants from the street into the bedroom and onto the mattress. Older mattresses also absorb moisture and odours far more than new ones.
The district sits in central Jeddah between King Abdullah and Prince Majid Roads, close to King Abdulaziz University and Al Sharq Park, with very busy commercial streets and tightly packed residential blocks and villas, and very heavy traffic.
Mattresses in Al Naseem are mixed ages, from old in original villas to new in newer apartment blocks. Fabrics vary and older covers may be fragile; careful checking is important.
Deep dry vacuum takes longer because of oily dust and heavy soot. Multiple passes and repeated strong extraction, then side work, are needed.
Soot and grease stains are treated with a strong product breaking down oily particles. Warm water helps but must not be excessive to avoid damaging older mattresses.
Surface cleaning is followed by wet extraction reaching under edges from both sides to pull soot laden dirty water.
Water extraction is critical; the team re-extracts multiple times because oily soot returns quickly if moisture remains.
Sanitising and strong ventilation are essential. Drying needs aggressive air flow and fully open windows despite polluted air outside, so trapped polluted air escapes from the mattress.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district like Al Naseem in central Jeddah, the busy commercial street sends heavy dust and grease rising into flats and villas, different from quiet mixed neighbourhoods because traffic here is heavier and much more polluting.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Naseem too, and more than one can share a single visit.
