We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Manar is an east Jeddah district stretching north to south along Al Ajwad Street, home to mixed villas and modest apartments. The air here is drier than the coast and the dust is coarser and paler. It settles on every surface before morning, making mattresses and curtains heavier than elsewhere. Deep cleaning removes this coarse dust from the inner layers.
Dry air and nearby open ground and stone deposits send coarse dust that differs from motorway dust. Mattresses absorb this grit and feel noticeably heavy before cleaning. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
East Jeddah lies closer to open land and hill margins. Dust here is coarse and fine sand particles rather than fine powder. This heavy dust needs strong deep extraction different from fine dust.
Dry air means mattresses dry fast after cleaning. But dryness also means dust does not bind to moisture and settles easily on the surface and inside layers, making removal harder.
Apartment floors are marble or ceramic and villa floors are marble too. Coarse dust scratches these floors if not swept before mopping. Mattresses pick up this grit from daily movement around them.
A district stretching from Hada Al Sham Road in the north to Al Samer in the south, east of the expressway, with villas, modestly priced apartments and shopping centres.
Budget apartments and villas hold varied mattresses. We check the cover and foam and understand that older foam may be brittle in this district.
Coarse dust settles on the surface and inside the foam. Deep vacuum on both sides removes dust from different layers.
Stains are uncommon but dust may leave marks. Any stains present are usually sweat and may be damp inside despite the dry air.
Cleaning both sides and edges happens in one step with deep extraction of coarse dust.
Extracted water carries dust. We repeat extraction until the water is completely clear.
Drying is fast due to dry air. We control mattress moisture after extraction but natural ventilation is enough.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Manar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
