We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ajwad is a planned mixed district in east Jeddah far from the sea, with villas and apartment buildings side by side and shops on the ground floors. Mattresses here collect coarse grit and sand and deposits from roof tank water, and they need deep cleaning that reaches inside the foam where ordinary vacuuming cannot go.
The dust here is not powder but coarse grit from larger sand grains, which scratches tiles and enters mattresses more readily than fine dust. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
The Haramain Expressway is close and internal roads are new or recently paved. Road grit from wear drifts into homes, especially villas near the main routes. Grit enters the mattress and leaves small dents in the pile.
Behind the ring roads lies open ground and hills, and wind there raises coarse dust and larger sand grains. This dust is not fine powder but grit that enters the home through openings and windows and settles on mattresses.
Water from roof tanks contains mineral deposits, and if it reaches the mattress it leaves a grey sediment film and deposit marks. The mattress absorbs these deposits easily. Cleaning treats each grey mark separately.
The district sits east of the expressway away from the sea, so the air is drier, but open ground and hills beyond the ring roads raise coarse dust and small stones.
In Al Ajwad, we inspect the fabric and filling before cleaning to ensure grit has not torn the cover or damaged the foam.
Deep dry vacuum focuses on removing coarse grit and sand from the surface and first layers.
Grit, sand and mineral deposits each need separate treatment before full vacuum extraction.
Deep cleaning and extraction work together to pull heavy particles from inside the foam.
Wet extraction focuses on pulling mineral deposits and any moisture from roof tank water from the mattress.
Sanitising and proper airing are essential to dry the mattress completely from roof tank moisture.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Ajwad too, and more than one can share a single visit.
