We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Lulu is a small coastal strip on the Red Sea with villas, flats and gardens. Fine sand enters on feet, luggage and the wind, and sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and fabric. Sprinkler spray leaves chalky rings on tiles. Mattresses absorb sand, salt and moisture together, and cleaning means paying special attention to removing sand from the fibres and salt from the fabric. The pace is different on the coast.
Coastal mattresses absorb high humidity and fine salt particles at the same time, which noticeably slows drying after cleaning. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
Villas and flats in Al Lulu have gardens and courtyards and windows open to the beach, so fine sand enters easily on feet, clothes and wind. Sand settles on floors and works into mattresses through the cover. Beach sand is finer and lighter than desert grit but it penetrates the fibres deeper and faster.
Al Lulu sits directly on the sea, so salt air is constant and humidity is very high. Mattresses absorb salt and moisture together, becoming heavy and drying very slowly. Salt clings to the fibres and humidity slows natural drying to a crawl.
Most villas in Al Lulu have gardens and irrigation systems, and daily spraying and watering raise the moisture in the air around the house. Open windows let this moisture into the rooms, and mattresses absorb it.

Coastal mattresses need careful checking for sand, salt and moisture before we choose the cleaning method.
Deep vacuum targets fine sand in the fibres and layers where it clings.
Stains from sand, salt and mildew are treated by methods that remove all three together.
Cleaning covers both sides and edges evenly because sand and salt enter from every direction.
Wet extraction removes dirty water and sand very efficiently so the mattress dries faster.
Sanitising, extended airing and humidity control are essential because salt and moisture return fast.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Obhur Road runs close to most of the villas and flats, and Al Lulu Park is a well known local reference point, making it straightforward for the team and equipment to reach residential units quickly.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Lulu too, and more than one can share a single visit.
