We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Amwaj is a coastal district where salt air and high humidity are constant, and mattresses absorb salt and moisture far faster than in inland areas. Yellow stains and mould smells hide deep in the foam, visible only as discoloration and odour before you see the cause. Deep cleaning reaches those internal layers where air cannot go.
New mattresses here begin to show salt damage and moisture stains within six months, not a year. The salt and humidity work together to discolour the foam and create odour before surface soiling is even visible. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Salt does not stay on the surface; it travels through air gaps into the mattress where it meets moisture from sleep. The salt oxidises the foam from inside, creating yellow patches and breaking down resilience long before they show on fabric. Deep extraction removes the salt before it damages the core structure.
The dry daytime air evaporates surface moisture quickly, but humidity trapped in the foam layers takes much longer. Modern high-density mattresses here need both mechanical extraction and prolonged airing to reach true dryness before the mattress is used again.
The coast creates two distinct problems in one mattress. Salt deposits appear where air enters, mould where humidity pools. Each requires a different active ingredient and different treatment time, so identifying both before cleaning is essential.
Al Amwaj sits on the northern coast between Obhur Road and Prince Abdulmajeed Road, with modern villas, apartment blocks and beach resorts. The salty sea air penetrates every fabric and surface throughout the year.
Mattresses here are often built heavy to withstand humidity, and the outer cover fabric varies between silk, jacquard and specially treated water-resistant weaves.
Deep dry vacuum extraction removes salt deposits and excess moisture before they penetrate the foam core, and this step is critical in the coastal environment.
Stains here are predominantly salt and mould, each requiring different chemistry and different treatment duration before extraction.
Deep cleaning handles delicate fabrics carefully, because salt and moisture can damage fabrics faster when combined with aggressive cleaning action.
Wet extraction pulls out the dirty water and dissolved salt together, which reduces both odour and future stain re-emergence significantly.
Sanitising, airing and humidity control take longer on the coast. The mattress must be positioned vertically and exposed to full air circulation and direct sun to reach true dryness.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
Coastal areas mean that salt and humidity are permanent enemies of mattress life. Cleaning must extract salt from the internal layers, not just the surface, and the drying and airing afterwards takes considerably longer than in dry inland areas.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Amwaj is reached via Obhur Road and Prince Abdulmajeed Road, both main routes bordered by residential compounds and beach resorts. We time visits around traffic flow on these main roads and coordinate with residents on their preferred service window.
We provide these in Al Amwaj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
