We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ghadeer is a villa district in north Jeddah near the Red Sea beaches, within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions, modern villa layouts each with a private garden, courtyard and boundary wall. Proximity to the sea means air saturated with salt and sea spray settles on glass and fabric. Gardens and courtyards bring fine sand with every entry, and the mattress absorbs salt and moisture and irrigation traces all at once. Walls and boundaries protect the villas but the sea air penetrates every barrier.
Mattresses in seaside villas here are exposed to salt, sea spray and humid air more intensely than any other neighbourhood in Jeddah. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Sea air carries fine salt particles that settle on glass, fabrics and metal. Mattresses aired on balconies or placed near open windows absorb this salt, which forms salt crystals that abrade the fibres with movement.
The relative humidity here is elevated year round, meaning mattresses never fully dry between uses. Mould may start growing in inner layers without obvious external signs for weeks.
Private gardens and courtyards offer space but bring fine sand and dust with every step and breeze. New doors and windows may not yet seal perfectly after installation.
Al Ghadeer is a villa district in north Jeddah near the Red Sea beaches, within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions. Each home has a private garden, courtyard and boundary wall. Main roads including King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road serve the area.
Initial inspection assesses salt concentration and moisture levels; many mattresses carry visible salt crystals.
Dry vacuum begins gently to lift surface sand without abrading salt crystals which scratch the cover.
Salt and moisture stains are rinsed with demineralised water first to dissolve crystals before any extraction.
Wet cleaning uses demineralised water at moderate temperature to avoid damage to the foam underneath.
Wet extraction is very strong here to remove all water, dissolved salt and excess coastal moisture.
Drying uses sustained heated air to pull deep coastal humidity from the foam core.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Ghadeer sits between King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road, with North Corniche Street nearby. Mattresses we reach close to these main seafront routes absorb salt and sea air in varying degrees depending on their actual proximity to the coastline.
We provide these in Al Ghadeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
