We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Bahr is a historic quarter inside the old walled city, with close-set buildings of coral stone and timber, narrow lanes and ageing services. Mattresses here face moisture seeping through shared walls and fine dust from the main roads nearby, and cleaning them requires special care for old fabrics and older fillings.
Flats here are very tightly built and walls are shared, so humidity from one bathroom and water from the shared roof tank travel easily from flat to flat through pipes and cracks. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Pipes serving the quarter are very old and hold mineral and salt scale inside them. Water emerging from them carries colour and sediment, and if it reaches the mattress it leaves yellow stains and rust marks. Cleaning treats each of these stains individually.
The quarter sits very close to the historic harbour and sea, and coastal humidity rises into walls and foundations. Lower floor and ground floor flats absorb much more moisture, and mattresses sit against damp walls.
The narrow lanes in the quarter are old and hold dust accumulated over decades. Traffic on the nearby main roads raises this ancient dust which contains vehicle oils. The dust enters flats and clings to mattresses.
The quarter sits in the north western part of old Jeddah toward the historic port, built in heritage stone and timber in the roshan style, and moisture from the nearby sea and harbour is very high.
In Al Bahr, we inspect the fabric and filling very carefully because old materials may be delicate and moisture may have entered the filling already.
Deep dry vacuum here is gentle and cautious because old filling may be affected by very high suction pressure.
Hard water stains from old pipes and salt from the harbour each need separate treatment with appropriate products.
Deep cleaning and extraction proceed together carefully, pulling moisture from old foam layers without damage.
Wet extraction here is cautious and gradual because existing moisture needs safe removal without damaging the filling.
Sanitising and intensive airing are essential to remove moisture, salt and sea odours completely from the old mattress.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Historic district: close-set buildings, narrow lanes and ageing services
Old pipes and damp heritage building walls mean constant moisture and mineral deposits in the mattress. Cleaning here requires careful handling of old filling and thorough treatment of moisture and scale.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Bahr too, and more than one can share a single visit.
