We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asla is a mixed district in east Jeddah with newer roads and apartment blocks near the hills and valley belt, and mattresses here face coarser dust from bare ground and gardens watered with bore hole water. Cleaning must extract this dust from the core before it becomes permanent deposit.
Gardens watered in homes and vacant plots nearby send coarser dust and moisture into mattresses that is different from the fine dust coating coastal Jeddah districts. For the method itself, see our guide to mattress cleaning.
Undeveloped land nearby sends coarse sand particles under doors and windows that do not settle like fine dust but penetrate the fill instead, leaving a grainy feel trapped inside the mattress.
Bore hole water used on gardens carries heavy minerals and farming salts that evaporate and leave white stains on the mattress surface and a chalky deposit deep in the fill.
In summer, dry air draws moisture from soil and gardens and raises dust volume, so the mattress absorbs more soil and sand than during cooler months in the same location.
A simple residential district in east Jeddah with relatively newer broad streets, neighbour to valleys, hills and unplanned farmland beyond municipal limits.
The mattress type and cover fabric determine how much coarse dust it tolerates before the fill itself is affected.
Deep dry vacuum removes coarse sand particles from layers before they compact permanently.
Chalk stains from irrigation need treatment with a solution that breaks down minerals before extraction.
Cleaning targets layers because irrigation moisture may have entered from below as well as from the top.
Wet extraction removes water and dissolved minerals from deep in the fill and springs.
Drying needs extra time in this district because garden moisture makes the air damper than the rest of Jeddah.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means flat mattresses and house mattresses and garden mattresses all in one area, and each needs different care: flat mattresses face only air dust, house mattresses also face garden sand and irrigation moisture.
We provide these in Al Asla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
