The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Huda is a developing quarter in south Jeddah east of Al Sanabil, with three-storey apartment buildings, new villas and vacant plots awaiting construction. The district is laid out as a mixed residential plan: flats in repeated storeys with shared lobbies and detached villas. Booked hours here focus on your priorities, because a flat with a shared entrance may need different time than a standalone villa in the same district.
Flats with repeated layouts in the blocks need regular kitchen and bathroom attention more than living areas, because the space is small and daily routine is concentrated and intensive there. For the method itself, see our guide to cleaners by the hour.
A flat in a three-storey block has a shared stair and lobby. Dust enters when the stairwell window is open and the outside door opens dozens of times daily. Booked hours focus on your rooms and your bathroom, and do not spend time on the common stair that everyone uses.
New villas and recent flats in Al Huda have new ceramic or porcelain floors. Hourly cleaning means we pick the right tools and work top to bottom, so floors never cross with dirt and grit as we sweep and mop.
Al Huda is under active development and building goes on beside occupied flats. Dust from excavation and construction enters fast through windows. You may need an hour and a half per week instead of one if you are near new projects.
The district is new and mixed: three-storey apartment blocks and recent villas sit on vacant plots, and shared lobbies in the blocks trap dust from every resident entering and leaving throughout the day.
Priorities in the small flat and villa focus on kitchen, bathroom and new floors that show dust and marks visibly.
Marble and new ceramic surfaces cannot take rough scrubbing; we wipe gently top to bottom and avoid pressure.
The small kitchen needs focus on taps, marble and the new floor, using products safe for new finishes.
The small bathroom needs careful cleaning of taps, basin and new tile without harsh scrubbing.
New tile and ceramic floors are swept very lightly and then wiped damp with no pressure or force.
Tidying in a small flat means putting things away quickly as we go so the space stays clear between hours.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
Al Huda is reached from Al Laith Road or from Al Huda Mosque and the district mosque in the heart of the quarter, so flats and villas near the main road collect more dust than those in the interior streets.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
