We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Mishrifah is a central residential district crossed by Madinah Road, King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road, with older and newer apartment blocks alongside shops and medical complexes. Flats here vary sharply: some are old with glossy finishes and tiny sealed kitchens with poor ventilation; others are newer with wider kitchens and better air movement. A shared problem binds them: kitchens in stacked buildings share ventilation, so grease and fumes from a neighbour's flat enter yours through shared ducts and passages.
Neighbouring flats in stacked buildings share ventilation air and exhaust flows. Grease from a neighbour's kitchen can enter your space through shared extractor ducts or shared air passages. Regular professional cleaning reduces but does not eliminate this cross-contamination. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Old Mishrifah flats have tiny closed kitchens with no windows or slit windows only, and old or blocked extractor hoods. Grease builds at high speed because airflow is minimal. Access to corners and high edges is awkward. Old ceramic floors darken rapidly where soot from poor ventilation is walked in.
Older blocks have common entry hallways and sometimes shared extractor ducts between two or three flats. Cooking fumes and grease from a neighbour's kitchen enter your kitchen through connected exhaust pipes. Cleaning one hood alone does not solve the problem if the shared duct is clogged at the neighbour's end.
Mishrifah is cut by three main roads. Flats close to the roads inherit vehicle exhaust and oil aerosol from traffic. This diesel-based layer mixes with household cooking grease, making the buildup darker and stickier. Flats deeper in the district, away from the main roads, stay marginally cleaner over time.
Mishrifah is an inland district crossed by multiple main roads, bounded by Gharnatah Road to the north and Palestine Street to the south. It holds Makarona Road with its shops and eateries, Al Maghrabi Hospital and medical centres, with a mix of old and new residential buildings.
Cabinet fronts in old Mishrifah flats are old painted wood or poor-quality marble. The degreaser must be moderate strength to avoid stripping old paint or dulling cheap stone.
The hood in a flat may be shared with a neighbour or so old it pulls weakly. The filter is often blocked with years of accumulated grease and dust.
Stovetops and burners are old, and rust-prone pipes sit close by. Cleaning requires caution to avoid triggering corrosion in the corroded metal.
Tiles behind the hob in old flats are often very old and heavily soiled, with rusty pipes running between them. Scrubbing demands care to avoid accelerating rust on adjacent metal.
Sink and tap are old brass or iron, with white and green mineral deposits from hard water. The degreaser must remove cooking oil without worsening corrosion on old metal.
The floor is old ceramic that may be brittle or faded from soot and foot traffic. Scrubbing must be gentle to avoid chipping or breaking thin old tile.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Apartment district means residential blocks with stacked flats, shared hallways and shared ventilation. Grease and fumes from neighbouring kitchens travel to yours through connected ducts and air passages.
We provide these in Mishrifah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
