We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal stretch on the Red Sea north of Dhahban, home to chalets and rest houses among developing land subdivisions. Kitchen cleaning here faces a different challenge: cooking oil mixes with salt and moisture from the sea air. Oil does not evaporate quickly and salt accelerates limescale on taps and work surfaces. Cleaning a seaside kitchen needs products that cut both grease and mineral deposits together.
Seaside chalet kitchens need more frequent cleaning because grease, salt and limescale build together faster than in inland areas. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
In seaside chalets, grease does not appear as a simple film but mingled with salt and moisture, making it harder to lift. The surface feels both sticky and rough. Cleaning needs a product that dissolves both grease and salt together, with longer and firmer scrubbing than inland kitchens require.
Salty water and humidity speed limescale buildup on mixer taps and metal pipework dramatically. White scale becomes thick and stubborn. Removal needs a weak acid product formulated for minerals, without damaging metal underneath, and soaking time before scrubbing.
Salt from sea air settles on tiles behind the hob and mixes with cooking grease. This forms a hard layer that traps dust. Cleaning needs strong product to dissolve both oil and salt from grout lines, then multiple wipes to clear salt shadow.
A coastal zone on the Red Sea with chalets and rest houses. Salt and moisture accelerate limescale buildup on work surfaces and taps, and grease stays sticky longer due to high humidity.
Degreasing cabinet fronts starts with a product that dissolves both grease and salt together, soaked long enough to break the mixed layer before scrubbing.
Hood and filter in chalets accumulate salt on top of grease, so soaking is longer and scrubbing is firmer than in inland kitchens.
Oven and hob in a chalet may have salt and moisture on the glass, needing a specialist product to cut salt and grease without damaging glass.
Tiled wall behind hob needs multiple wipes to clear salt and grease from grout lines, with immediate drying to prevent salt settling again.
Sink and metal mixer are cleaned with weak acid formulated for minerals to avoid too strong a reaction, then dried at once to protect metal from rust.
Floor is mopped with fresh water changed often, and marble or tile is dried immediately to avoid leaving hard water marks or salt shadow.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Khaleej Salman sits about 8.5 km from Al Shati Al Thahabi and about 11 km from Al Zumurrud.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
