We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Safa is an old mixed district where shops sit at street level with homes stacked directly above them. Cooking grease rises from the commercial kitchens below into your home kitchen with greater force than in standalone houses, and decades-old pipework leaves behind heavy lime scale and rust stains that routine wiping cannot touch.
Curtains and carpets in these flats collect fine black dust from the main roads and need washing more frequently than homes in newer, quieter districts elsewhere in Jeddah. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
In a mixed district, commercial kitchens at street level cook all day, and their grease does not stay below but rises directly into the flats above. Your kitchen here gets dirty faster than a detached house, and grease buildup on cabinet doors, walls and the splash zone happens at double the speed of single-family homes.
The terrazzo floors laid when the district was first built are worn smooth from decades of traffic and permanently marked by rust from ancient pipework. Rust stains in the sink and basin will not budge with routine scrubbing. Removing them requires the right acid-based agent left to work without damaging the floor material itself.
Prince Majid Road and King Fahd Road are major traffic corridors, and their fine black dust enters homes easily and clings to curtains, furniture and kitchen surfaces. This dust does not leave with light cleaning. It demands deeper, more frequent cleaning and regular washing of fabrics to keep it from building up again.
Kitchens here often feature terrazzo or older ceramic tile flooring worn smooth by decades of traffic, making them particularly vulnerable to the accumulated grease layers drifting in from Prince Majid Road and King Fahd Road below.
Cabinet fronts in these older flats carry layers of grease built up over years. They need a strong agent and adequate working time that does not damage the wood or existing finish.
The hood and filter are stuck fast with decades of grease. Cleaning them takes longer because old grease resists the initial pass and needs time to break down.
The oven and hob see heavy use because the shop kitchen below cooks all day. Grease deposits on them thickly and faster than in ordinary homes.
Tiles behind the hob are covered in a thick film of grease mixed with black road soot. The grout between tiles has turned black and needs deep cleaning.
The old sink and mixer tap carry heavy lime scale and rust stains that will not come off with scrubbing alone. Removing them requires patience and an agent safe for aged brass and fittings.
The terrazzo floor picks up both grease and black dust together. A thorough sweep before wet cleaning prevents scratching the soft surface during scrubbing.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district status means the commercial kitchens downstairs feed cooking grease, smell and dust directly up into your flat. Cleaning a kitchen here is not maintaining an ordinary home kitchen but fighting continuous contamination from active business activity below. Results need refreshing more often than homes elsewhere.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Safa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
