We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sabeel is an old densely packed neighbourhood in central Jeddah between King Fahd Road and Old Makkah Road, with old apartment blocks mixed among newer flats. Kitchens here are small and cramped with surfaces that may be very old terrazzo or simple tile. Deep cleaning demands care to avoid damaging fragile surfaces.
Al Sabeel kitchens are very small with old surfaces, and they gather grease fast because air from the old market and the crowded street enters directly, and ventilation is severely limited. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Sabeel is a very densely packed district where flats are small and squeezed between other old buildings. Kitchens are just a few square metres with small narrow windows. Air does not circulate freely so grease accumulates quickly.
Most kitchens have very old terrazzo or simple tile worn smooth by years of use. The terrazzo is slippery and may be brittle under hard scrubbing. Product and friction must be gentle to avoid damaging the surface.
Al Sabeel is near the old Sabil market and Old Makkah Road, so black dust from the street and market activity enters kitchens constantly. Grease traps the dust and becomes black and heavy.
A historic old district adjacent to Historic Jeddah, with narrow lanes and tightly packed apartment buildings, where the old market at its heart makes the air heavy with dust and cooking odours.
Cabinet doors may have old paint that is weak, so we use gentle product and do not scrub hard or we may remove the paint.
The hood and filter are old and may show rust, so we clean carefully and do not use harsh products.
The hob and oven are old and may be thin metal, so we avoid hard friction that could scratch or dent them.
Tile behind the hob may be old and the grout weak, so we avoid excess water and hard scrubbing.
The sink and tap are old metal with rust, so we use a gentle product and clean with care.
The terrazzo floor may be brittle, so we avoid hard friction and excess water that could seep into the grout underneath.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Flats squeezed between old apartment blocks mean small tight kitchens with very weak ventilation, so grease builds up fast and cooking odours stay trapped, and the old surfaces demand care during cleaning.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Sabeel lies between Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Street near the historic old Sabil market and historic landmarks, with work reaching via narrow crowded lanes. The location in old central Jeddah means heavy dust and market odours enter kitchens constantly.
We provide these in Al Sabeel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
