We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Riyadh is a developed residential district in east Jeddah near the University road with newer apartments. Fitted kitchens here are more organised than older quarters, yet grease still settles from daily cooking on polished cabinet faces, reflective surfaces and the hood. Modern finishes are more sensitive to harsh chemicals and heavy scrubbing, so cleaning must be precise: removing grease completely while preserving the original shine and protective coat.
Upgraded kitchens in Al Riyadh need carefully selected products that do not scratch polished metals or damage glossy cabinet finishes when degreasing. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
High gloss cabinet doors and mirrors show every smudge and grease mark. Quick wiping just spreads the film around and leaves trails. Degreasing needs a gentle product that breaks down oil without leaving streaks or chemical marks on the shiny surface.
Polished metal hardware on doors and handles loses lustre fast when cooking oil settles on it. Removing grease from these pieces needs a metal-safe degreaser that lifts oil without stripping the protective coating.
Modern extractors often have a glass filter or mirrored back. Grease makes it opaque and hard to wipe clean without scratching. Filters are soaked in a gentler degreaser to break down oil without etching the glass or damaging any applied coating.
A relatively newer district with residents who value upgraded apartments and integrated fitted kitchens with modern appliances. Keeping the original finish and shine intact while removing grease becomes as important as the cleaning itself.
Polished cabinet fronts are wiped gently with a soft cloth, never a brush, with degreaser left long enough to work before the final wipe to avoid streaks.
Hood and glass filter are soaked in mild degreaser, the glass is brushed very gently to prevent micro-scratches, and metal parts are dried at once to stop rust.
Modern ovens and hobs may be sensitive to some products, so a small test on a hidden area first prevents damage to the finish.
Tiles and mirror behind the hob take a mild product and a very soft microfibre wipe, not a brush, to eliminate grease without scratching or leaving smears.
Metal sink and tap are dried immediately after rinsing to prevent rust forming on exposed metal surfaces where the finish has worn.
Floor is mopped with multiple fresh water changes and corners are worked carefully to avoid spraying chemical or water back onto polished cabinet doors.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Riyadh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
