We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rayyan sits east of Jeddah where coarse dust falls from the hills and open ground and settles on every kitchen surface within hours. Cooking oil mixes with this desert dust on walls and cabinets, and daily wiping cannot lift it. Deep cleaning here works downward from the tops of cupboards towards the ceramic or marble floors, sweeping loose grit first to avoid scratching.
Curtains, mattresses and sofas collect the heaviest dust here. Apartment block floors are ceramic tile, villa floors marble, and both scratch easily if grit is mopped rather than swept first. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
The older roof tanks that serve apartment blocks here leave a grey mineral sediment in sink rims and basins. This film cannot be removed by degreasing because it is not grease, but it deposits from the water itself. A trained team knows how to treat each surface type separately, testing the method on a hidden edge first to check for damage.
The wide inner streets are under constant maintenance and sand blows in under doors from the open building work. If not swept dry before mopping, grit scratches both ceramic and marble. Correct cleaning here begins with a dry sweep before any liquid, because the floors are sensitive to solid particles.
The apartment schemes here are older by Jeddah standards, and cabinets may be old metal or timber that needs careful treatment around strong products. Shared pipes between flats affect pressure and drainage. An experienced team chooses the right product for each cabinet and checks surface tolerance before starting.
Located east of the expressway and distant from the coast, Al Rayyan has drier air, paler and coarser dust that slides under doors and settles quickly on all surfaces.
Grease here mixes with coarse desert dust and becomes harder to remove. Old metal cabinets need a test patch before we proceed.
The extractor hood collects both grease and dust, the filter needs removal and deep cleaning, and the dry air makes grease dry faster on the mesh.
Oven and hob need grease removal and soot lift, and the burners may be old and brittle, so we handle them carefully to avoid breakage.
Tiles behind the hob collect both grease and street grit, and the grouting between tiles needs soft brush work to avoid scratching the mortar.
The sink and tap may have grey mineral film from the roof tank, and pipes may have weak pressure, so we check carefully before disconnecting anything.
Ceramic floors here are sensitive to grit damage, so we sweep dry before mopping, and corners collect dust because ventilation is poor in apartment blocks.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Rayyan is framed by planned schemes like Al Thuraya and Al Sultan, and work flows easily from the Air Base Bridge where we access the apartment buildings, ending back through Al Thuraya scheme to avoid rush hour congestion.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rayyan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
