We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rabiyah is a rising suburb on Jeddah's southern edge, and its kitchens are brand new but surrounded by open ground. Dust from active building sites and empty land gets into the home with force. Cleaning here differs entirely from older established districts because the sources of contamination are completely different.
Construction dust in Al Rabiyah is fine and carries stone fragments, unlike soot from paved roads in older areas. It settles on kitchen surfaces faster and sticks differently. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Dust from building sites around the neighbourhood is extremely fine and penetrates every crack. It enters brand new kitchens and settles on fresh grease, making it look worse than grease alone would. Construction dust mixed with cooking grease turns grey and becomes far more stubborn to remove.
Kitchen cabinets, marble and stainless in Al Rabiyah are newly fitted, and many owners have just moved from older homes. They do not know how much strength new marble can withstand from cleaning products. Choosing the right material protects the surface and improves the result.
Al Rabiyah floors are porcelain or new marble, and some have never been cleaned aggressively. The first grease mark shows clearly on the glossy new surface. Cleaning needs care because scratches show far more visibly on brand new finishes.
The neighbourhood is still developing, with construction ongoing around residential properties. Open ground and building sites in progress raise fine dust and loose stone particles that enter the kitchen constantly.
New cabinet fronts may have a protective gloss finish, and fine dust on them darkens them quickly. Grease removal needs gentleness to protect the new paint or coating.
Extractor hoods and filters in new homes are to high standard, and grease accumulates fast on them. Filters need replacing more often than in older neglected kitchens.
Ovens and hobs in Al Rabiyah are modern design and need special handling. Cleaning products must be safe on new paint and contemporary finishes.
Tiles behind the hob are new and glossy, so grease shows up sharply on them. Cleaning restores the shine quickly because the surface has not yet worn dull.
Sink and mixer tap are new polished stainless, and water marks show clearly on the clean surface. Complete drying after cleaning preserves the new appearance.
New porcelain or marble floors scratch more easily at first. Cleaning happens more gently, and grout lines between tiles are cleaned with care to avoid damage.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means fresh kitchens but an unstable environment. Ongoing construction raises pollution levels, and new surfaces demand care. Effective cleaning protects the new investment and keeps finishes looking pristine.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Rabiyah sits between Al Lith Road and the Ring Road, both of which link it to the rest of south Jeddah. Access to the subdivision is straightforward from these main routes, and organising visits starts by pinpointing location between these key landmarks.
We provide these in Al Rabiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
