We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Mawj is the southernmost of the far south Jeddah subdivisions, its name meaning the wave, containing a small old settlement called Junayb Sharah alongside newly subdivided plots. Building is minimal, vacant land dominates and the district awaits significant construction. The regional Al Lith highway curves south nearby. Kitchens in brand new villas sit amid empty land and uneven building patterns. It is isolated and dusty, the furthest edge of the city.
Al Mawj sits further south than Al Rimal and Al Marsa, so dust from open ground and strong winds affect new kitchens faster than in closer subdivisions. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
The subdivision is open ground with scattered building and an old small site. There are no natural windbreaks. Strong winds carry dust from the ground and roads. Mixed with grease it becomes a thick grey layer. New villas pick up dust from construction and bare ground at once.
New villas have glossy modern kitchens but the environment around Al Mawj is very dry and dusty. Dust enters very fast and settles on glossy surfaces. Regular cleaning and very gentle products are essential.
Al Mawj is far from the city and other districts. The Al Lith regional road curves away further south. Air here is drier than districts near the coast or main roads. Grease hardens fast but dust sticks easily and mixed in becomes very hard to cut.
A new subdivision in the southernmost part of Jeddah containing an old small locality Junayb Sharah alongside new plots, very little built, large vacant areas, near the Al Lith Road, no named local landmarks yet.
Cabinet fronts are new polished marble in villas, so we use a very gentle product and soft brush, dust may lodge in the tight joints.
Hood and filter are new but collect dust from the bare land very fast, so we clean with a gentle product and inspect inside the ducting.
Hob and oven are glossy and new from the factory, brass heads and glass are pristine, so we use a very gentle product and never scrub hard.
Tiles behind the hob are new and glossy, grout lines are tight and clean, dust may lodge in the grout, so we use a small brush very gently.
Sink and tap are glossy new stainless, water is clean from the start, so we use a specialist stainless product and polish at the end.
Floor is new glossy porcelain, so we mop gently, hard scrubbing can dull the shine, we sweep dust carefully first.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Al Mawj is a new district on bare distant land in a dry dusty environment. Kitchens are glossy and sensitive, and dust enters very fast and thick. Cleaning needs a very gentle product and soft brush to protect the new finishes while removing the dust and hardened grease carefully.
We provide these in Al Mawj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
