We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Quraniyah is a longer-established district in south Jeddah neighbouring Al Naeem, Al Malisa and Al Sanabel, with older apartment blocks, aged villas and street-level shops. It sits close to heavy goods routes and the industrial city, so the air carries diesel soot, workshop particles and humidity from the sea. Kitchen grease here mixes with soot and old moisture that seeps from deteriorating pipes beneath the floors, making it much harder to remove than pure cooking oil.
Homes here have complex old plumbing that may leak, and floors may hold old moisture and seeping oil from decades past. New grease mixes with soot and rising dampness, forming a stubborn layer far tougher than clean cooking oil alone. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Al Quraniyah is old and sits close to heavy truck routes and the industrial city, so diesel soot and vehicle grease enter the kitchen on the air. This soot mixes with home cooking oil to form a black, hard compound that sticks much stronger than pure grease. Daily wiping may hide the surface but does not reach the layer underneath.
Older homes in Al Quraniyah have corroded iron plumbing and weak connections that leak. Old grease and oil may seep upward through the floor and leave sticky residue between ceramic tiles and grout lines. We inspect pipes before deep cleaning and recommend repairs, because seeping grease will keep rising if pipes are not fixed.
South Jeddah sits near the coast where humidity is high, accelerating oxidation. Grease and soot become much harder to remove in damp air, and mould may develop behind cabinets. Deep cleaning needs complete drying afterward and long window opening to move the moisture out.
An established older residential district in south Jeddah close to heavy transport routes and the industrial zone, with older apartment buildings, aged villas and commercial premises at street level.
Old cabinet fronts may have flaking paint and grease sticks hard to cracked surfaces. We clean carefully around cracks and avoid scrubbing that would strip remaining paint away.
Hood and filter are old and may be blocked by years of grease and soot buildup. Intensive cleaning is needed and we may recommend filter replacement or hood replacement if it is not working.
Stovetop and splashback are old and soot has accumulated for years, with grout joints completely darkened. We scrub firmly but carefully to avoid cracking aged tile.
Tiles behind the hob may hold soot baked into grout joints and cracks. We use strong chemical treatment and small-brush work to break it up, but carefully to avoid breaking fragile old tile.
Sink and tap are very old with corroded plumbing, so we clean carefully because tightening old fittings risks breaking brittle pipes beneath.
Floor is old ceramic or cement with soot and ancient oil mixed together, requiring careful scrubbing and possible very gentle sanding stone for hardened deposits.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
The district lies near Al Waqidi Primary School and the local Al Qurayniyah Market, and we identify your home's location using these landmarks to determine the best approach route and confirm water and parking availability before arrival.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
