The house is new with no old grease buildup. Why does it need deep cleaning?

Cleaning removes what is there now, but dust returns as long as building is active. Once construction finishes around the building, the intake drops quickly. The deep clean solves the current problem only.

Do I need to empty the kitchen before you come?
Clearing the countertops and moving loose items and food away helps us reach more surface and get through it faster. We do not wash the daily dishes or clear food as part of the service, so anything left out is worked around.
How often should a kitchen be deep cleaned?
It depends on how much you cook, not the calendar. A kitchen used for heavy daily cooking needs it sooner than one lightly used.
