We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Manar is an eastern district stretching from Hada Al Sham Road to Al Samir, home to villas and modestly priced apartments with shopping centres on the fringe. The air here is drier than the coast and dust enters freely from open ground and the hills beyond the ring roads, and the kitchen collects coarse dust mixed with light grease from the constant use.
The district is eastern and dust enters heavily, so kitchens need regular cleaning because coarse dust returns fast after wet cleaning. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Manar is far from the coast and close to open ground and the hills beyond the ring roads, so dust here is coarse, pale and heavy. It enters under doors and through windows despite sealing and settles on fresh cooking grease. The mixture builds fast and floors darken quickly.
Al Manar has a mix of villas, flats and budget apartment areas close by, and all face the same eastern dust issue. A villa has a garden, a flat has a neighbour above, but dust intake and grease problems are very similar. The method and material do not differ greatly between housing types.
Al Manar Plaza and Al Yasmin Mall sit on the district edges and commercial traffic stirs dust and increases daily movement. Al Manar Street is busy and light grease from shops rises into nearby flats and villas. The mix of dust and light commercial grease differs from a purely residential zone.
Al Manar lies in east Jeddah between Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Al Samir to the south, with villas and mid-rise apartments among shopping centres and parks, served by health centres at main junctions.
Cabinets are glossy in Al Manar but coarse dust sticks to the shine fast, and grease turns brown quickly.
Hood and filter heat from cooking and the dry eastern air, and dust clogs the filter quickly.
Oven and hob sit on a busy street so smoke and dust enter through the open door.
Tiles behind the hob take light dust and commercial grease, and cleaning needs material that breaks down both at once.
Sink and tap are used heavily and roof tank water leaves light sediment, and grit from the floor enters the sink easily.
Ceramic floor is sensitive and dust and grease stick to the smooth surface quickly.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Manar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
