We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Karamah is a residential district on the eastern edge of south Jeddah, south of Al Tadamun, with villas and apartments scattered among shops and open spaces between the port and heavy truck routes. Black diesel soot and heavy industrial grease from the trucks enters the kitchen mixed with cooking grease, and coastal humidity adds a musty smell to everything.
Kitchens in Al Karamah need frequent washing of curtains and fabrics because soot and humidity cling to cloth easily and build up fast. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Al Karamah is close to Jeddah Port and Al Laith Road, heavy trucks pass every day and diesel burning leaves thick black smoke. Constant entry creates a soot layer on every surface, especially in the raised kitchen where smoke and fumes rise easily. The mixture of soot and cooking grease differs entirely from pure cooking oil.
The coast is very near and humidity penetrates curtains and fabrics easily, and the black oily soot clings to moisture and produces a musty smell. Damp floors and warm walls encourage mould quickly, so the kitchen needs cleaning and ventilation together.
Al Karamah has small villas and smaller flats and all face the same soot and humidity problem. Small spaces mean humidity accumulates faster and soot covers the space easily. Regular cleaning matters more than the size of the home.
Al Karamah is an administratively defined residential district on the eastern edge of south Jeddah, directly south of Al Tadamun, served by Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road, with newer low-density planning.
Cabinets in Al Karamah face high humidity and black soot sticks fast, and paint may weaken from moisture.
Hood and filter absorb heavy soot quickly because the air is full of diesel fumes and salt spray.
Oven and hob are black from soot and humidity, and cleaning needs to happen frequently.
Tiles and grout behind the hob blacken from deep soot and humidity speeds reaction, weak grout needs careful handling.
Sink and tap are brass or steel and rust fast from coastal humidity, and salt deposits return quickly.
Floor is always damp and soot sticks hard, and mould may start in corners and cracks if not well ventilated.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district here means that coastal humidity and heavy soot combine: the kitchen absorbs from multiple sources and the material and time are different from an inland zone because of the direct sea effect and the nearby harbour.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Karamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
