We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Faihaa is a planned regular district in south Jeddah near Prince Majid Road and King Abdullah Road, with villas and comparatively modern apartment buildings laid out in an organised street grid. Kitchens here vary between spacious villas and small flats, and modern tight grout lines trap grease and dust easily because they are designed to exact standards.
The district is planned and grout lines between tiles are modern and very tight. Grease wedges in easily and tight grout lines need fine tools to clean. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Faihaa is comparatively new and tiles and floors are very modern. Grout lines between tiles are very tight because they follow modern building standards. These fine grout lines trap grease particles and dust very easily, and deep cleaning needs very fine tools to remove grease from these tight lines.
Al Faihaa is planned in a regular grid with parks and amenities throughout. This modern planned district means buildings are new and surfaces are new and standards are high. But new surfaces show black grease plainly, and tight grout and fine corners need more care.
Al Faihaa has Al Fayha Park and Old Airport Park, and these amenities provide clean air and nature but bring moisture. Moisture from gardens and watering enters homes and speeds up grease buildup. Damp air causes grease to dry slower after cleaning.

Walls behind the stove are modern and smooth and grease shows plainly, and tight grout around tiles traps grease.
The extractor hood in the new district works efficiently but filter gets dirty fast because tight grout traps debris.
Oven and hob leave marks on glossy new tile, and cleaning restores its original shine.
Tiles behind the hob are new and grout lines are very tight so they trap grease, and mould grows there easily if humidity is high.
Sink and mixer tap are glossy and new and grease leaves obvious marks on them, and soft water may leave white deposits.
Floor is marble or porcelain and modern and dust sticks to it and sweeping before mopping is essential.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Faihaa sits on the axis of Prince Majid Road and close to King Abdullah Road, and Al Fayha Park and Old Airport Park sit within the district and serve as easy landmarks for finding villas and flats.
We provide these in Al Faihaa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
