We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Barakah is a new residential subdivision in south Jeddah split into two parts by Al Lith Road, with villas built on newly subdivided plots among stretches of vacant land and incomplete paving. South Jeddah lies between the sea and heavy goods routes, and the dust here is a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, oilier and darker than the north. This compound sticks fast to new glossy surfaces and requires specialist cleaning.
New villas in Al Barakah accumulate grease mixed with thicker diesel soot layers faster than northern districts, and new floors darken more quickly. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Lith Road carries heavy traffic constantly from port and industrial operations. The continuous diesel soot from this stream enters homes rapidly and mixes with cooking grease, turning black and thick. Kitchens in districts away from main roads do not face this level of soot.
The wide stretches of open land surrounding new villas increase air movement and dust. Dust and moisture from these spaces enter the home and settle on grease turning it into heavy compound. Cleaning requires careful sweeping and patient washing.
Some Al Barakah streets remain unpaved, and fine gravel enters villas on shoes and cars. New glossy floors scratch easily from this grit. Cleaning requires care to prevent grit from being dragged across the new floor surface.
Al Barakah is divided by Al Lith Road into two loosely connected halves, with new villas on recently subdivided plots, vacant land stretches and unpaved streets in places.
Cabinet fronts in Al Barakah are new and glossy but accumulate diesel soot mixed with grease quickly, requiring a degreaser that balances strength with care.
Hood and filter fill quickly from diesel soot and fine particles, and deep filter cleaning is essential to restore suction.
Stovetop and oven carry darker grease than old villas because diesel soot mingles with cooking grease.
Tiles behind the hob capture layers of grease mixed with soot and dust, requiring strong degreaser to separate the compound.
Sink and mixer see heavy use washing grit and grease, and hot water is essential for effective cleaning.
New glossy floor requires careful sweeping before wet cleaning to prevent grit from scratching, and corners collect dust and grease together.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Barakah is split by Al Lith Road and sits near The Ring Road and 60th Street in south Jeddah. Location on Al Lith Road means continuous truck soot, and we schedule according to your villa's position relative to this main traffic route.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Barakah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
