We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Adl West is the western portion of Al Adl district between the Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, with planned housing of villas and mid-rise flats on organised streets near Al Thaghr Hospital. The location between heavy traffic routes means darker, oilier dust than neighbourhoods away from the roads. Humidity from the nearby coast adds musty undertones. Cleaning must clear heavy soot and dust first.
Flats and villas in Al Adl West are usually mid-aged, and dark dust from the roads blackens surfaces quickly, with humidity leaving a stuffy undertone in the air. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Al Adl West sits between heavy traffic routes, so the dust is a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, heavier than in neighbourhoods away from main roads. Heavy particles cling to curtains and surfaces fast. Grease mixes with heavy dust and becomes a thick black oily layer that is hard to remove. Cleaning must sweep and clear the dust before degreaser can work.
Al Adl West is hemmed in by Old Makkah Road to the north and the expressway to the south, exposed to dust from two directions. Noise from the roads is high and windows stay closed most of the time, so ventilation is weak and moisture builds easily. The kitchen needs extra attention to ventilation.
The sea is close but the district is inland from the beach, so humidity is present but not harsh. Faint salt deposits on surfaces and fabrics occur slowly. Musty smell gathers in closed cupboards and stored clothes, but less acutely than in beachfront neighbourhoods.
Al Adl West sits between Old Makkah Road to the north and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway to the south in southeastern Jeddah, with a planned mix of villas and mid-rise apartment blocks on an organised street grid. The location between heavy routes and near the sea means dark dust and elevated moisture.
Cabinets in Al Adl West are usually old and dark dust blackens them quickly, with deposits leaving grey marks.
The extraction hood in old flats is very weak and the filter clogs from heavy dust and moisture combining.
The hob and tiles behind it blacken quickly from dark dust and grease mixed together.
Tiles behind the hob need hard scrubbing because heavy dust adheres firmly when mixed with grease.
Taps and drains bear faint deposits and a grey film from dust and humidity blending over time.
Ceramic or cement floors are aged and darkened from soot and grease, and need hard scrubbing but careful technique to avoid damage from wear.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
