We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal stretch north of Dhahban on the Red Sea, where chalets and rest houses sit among land subdivisions still being developed around a shallow winding bay fringed with coral reefs, and the gardens here contend with constant high humidity and salt settling from the air itself, whilst fine sand works into the home with every step, and marble and porcelain floors need different clearing because salt leaves chalky rings and sand scratches with ease.
Outdoor cushions and furniture here feel oddly damp even though the air feels dry inland, and the fabric stiffens from salt much faster than in homes away from the coast. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Khaleej Salman is coastal, and salt air settles on glass, fabric and marble all year round. It is not single brine that rinsing clears easily. It dries fast into white rings that cling to hardscape. Clearing here means thorough rinsing and good drying so the white bloom does not creep back within days of the work finishing.
High sea humidity means furniture and fabrics do not dry at ordinary speeds. Curtains and outdoor seating hold moisture long after they are washed. Natural air circulation and drying takes longer here than a few kilometres inland, a fact of coastal life that shapes what clearing can do.
Gardens here have new marble and porcelain floors, and fine sand enters with every footstep from the beach. Sand under water scratches tiles easily. Clearing must be careful sweeping first, never rushing into spraying before loose grit is off the surface.
The shallow winding gulf circled by coral reefs keeps sea humidity high throughout the year, and proximity to a public beach and Lakes City complex means constant salt wind exposure.
Leaves are scarce here but salt and sand coat every surface quickly and must be swept with care.
Weeds between paving are rare, but fine sand fills every joint and needs careful sweeping before any water touches it.
Paths and marble hardscape need cautious rinsing with plenty of fresh water to clear both sand and salt deposits.
Outdoor seating holds damp and salt together and takes longer to dry in the humid coastal breeze.
Small planting beds are rare here, but open ground around them needs protection from fine sand infiltration.
Waste is bagged and hauled away quickly, though salt wind may return sand to cleared spaces within days.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Khaleej Salman sits about 8.5 km from Al Shati Al Thahabi and about 11 km from Al Zumurrud.

We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
