We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Rughamah is a mixed district in east Jeddah near Wadi Al Qaws and the Mareekh Mountains, one of the relatively older residential areas in this part of the city. Its gardens suffer from coarse pale mountain dust, and dust enters easily while drainage is slow in places.
The district is older than the newer neighbourhoods around it, with stable infrastructure, but mountain dust remains a constant challenge. For the method itself, see what garden cleaning involves.
East Jeddah sits far from the sea, so dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It creeps under doors and settles on every surface fast.
Al Rughamah is older than surrounding areas, tiles may be aged and drainage is sluggish. Cleaning must handle older materials carefully.
Some gardens have old cement floors and others ceramic tile. Drainage differs between plots. Cleaning needs separate assessment for each.

Leaves from street trees and neighbours fall regularly. Early removal prevents accumulation and drain blockage.
Weeds grow between joints from moisture and dust. Removal needs precision to avoid damaging older tile work.
Mixed floors (cement and ceramic) carry mountain dust. Sweeping is essential before washing to prevent scratching.
Outdoor seating exists in some gardens. Washing is done gently and drying is immediate.
Around planter beds soil may be damp, so cleaning is done carefully.
Waste is bagged and removed. Pathways are swept with care and water is left to dry naturally.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rughamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
