We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Bayan is a simple residential district within the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah toward Asfan, part of a cluster of small neighbouring quarters with a straightforward residential character. Gardens here are fairly spacious but simply laid out, and dust from nearby University of Jeddah Road and vehicle exhaust reach them constantly.
Gardens here are typically simple without elaborate landscaping, and families use them as practical open spaces more than as upmarket decorative areas. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
University of Jeddah Road is a main route carrying large numbers of cars and university buses. Fine dust and exhaust reach gardens easily and settle on paving and plants, coating everything in a visible layer.
Al Bayan sits on compacted ground without drainage preparation, so natural water clearance is very slow. Leaves and dust accumulate and block small pipes quickly, causing water pooling and musty smells.
Outdoor spaces in Al Bayan are spacious but without complex landscaping. Cleaning must cover every corner so no leaves or dust spots remain to make the space look neglected.
The district lies close to University of Jeddah Road and Wadi Al Ghawla, with natural water drainage slow because the ground is hard and has not been prepared with drainage infrastructure, so leaves clog natural runoff quickly.
Leaves and small branches from simple trees accumulate fast because of wind from the main road, and slow drainage keeps them wet so they decompose quickly, creating silt.
Weeds in paving gaps and bare spaces sprout easily because the compacted ground has not been amended with topsoil. Removal needs root extraction, not surface cutting alone.
Paths and paving collect heavy dust from the main road, and simple washing may not be enough; light scrubbing with moderate water is often needed.
Seating areas, if present, need clearing of dust and exhaust, with care not to leave oily residue on the surface.
Simple planters and garden beds need clearing of heavy dust and leaves, but must not damage the plants themselves.
Waste must be collected quickly so it does not re-clog small drainage openings after cleaning is done.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed simple residential district means gardens are practical rather than ornamental, and cleaning must be effective and visibly obvious. Attention to slow drainage is important because time between cleanings may stretch out.
We provide these in Al Bayan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
