We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Baghdadiyah West sits at the edge of salt water and high humidity. A garden here does not get dirty the way an inland garden does. The air leaves a fine salt film on tiles, the damp makes weeds grow faster and roots deeper, and the rubbish stays wet. Clearing it is heavier work because nothing dries out as fast and everything has to be handled differently to stop the salt getting worse.
Salt deposits on marble and ceramic floors here are not the same as inland dust. They leave white marks that ordinary rinsing will not lift, and wet conditions mean algae grows on the paving where the sun does not reach. For the method itself, see what garden cleaning involves.
New marble and ceramic tiles here are stained by salt spray from the sea air. This is not loose dust that sweeps away. The salt sits on the surface and needs strong washing to lift it without leaving white tide marks when the water dries. If left, it leaves a mark that becomes harder to remove the longer it stays.
High humidity keeps the soil damp, and weeds root deeper and grow faster than in the dry ground east of the city. Dead leaves pile up and trap moisture around the roots, cutting off air. Clearing means digging out roots, not just cutting back the tops, and it all has to be hauled away quickly so the damp does not come back.
Cushions and outdoor curtains here absorb both salt and moisture, and washing them once is not enough. They hang onto salt smell and stiffness long after a rinse. Metal frames and fixtures rust faster than in inland areas, and need a different approach to cleaning to stop salt getting into the joints.
The district lies on low coastal ground between Madinah Road and the waterfront, enclosed by Arbaeen Lagoon to the east and the Al Hamra Corniche to the north, where sea spray and salt air are constant.
Leaves from coastal trees here are heavier and wetter, and pile up fast after sea breezes; they need collecting almost daily and cannot just be left to dry.
Joints between paving stones here hold fine sand and salt together, and need stiff brushing and proper rinsing, not just sweeping.
Marble and ceramic floors stay damp longer on this side of the city, so washing and drying has to be quick or new marks appear as the water evaporates.
Outdoor seating and cushions need deep washing each time, and the padding inside absorbs salt and damp, so loose covers should come off for separate washing.
Planting beds here collect sea salt mixed with irrigation water, creating conditions where weeds and algae grow together and need more frequent clearing.
Waste here is heavy and damp, so strong bags are needed and removal must be immediate so moisture does not settle back into the garden overnight.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
Coastal air is not ordinary dust. Salt deposits on every surface and needs proper washing to lift without leaving marks. A coastal garden is not cleaned by sweeping and rinsing; it needs deep washing to break down the salt film that the sea air deposits every night.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
The district lies between Arbaeen Lagoon and the Al Hamra Corniche, and clearing teams reach the gardens from Madinah Road on the landward side or by way of the waterfront approaches near the Lagoon.
We provide these in Al Baghdadiyah West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
