We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Sham is a historic quarter inside the old walled city of Jeddah in the north of Al Balad, with heritage stone and timber houses and very narrow lanes. Buildings are packed close, pipes are old and foundations are simple. Clearing a garden here is limited by tight spaces and small courtyards between houses. Heavy equipment may damage old foundations. Weeds grow fast in shadow and damp, and old dust clings to cracks and ancient cement floors.
Tight courtyards are damp and dark, weeds germinate faster there than in open spaces, and old foundations need care around heavy water use. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
The distance between houses is very small and sunlight rarely reaches the courtyard. Humidity stays high all the time. Weeds grow fast and mould appears on walls and floors. Water takes longer to dry, causing extra problems.
Simple foundations cannot handle heavy equipment or large amounts of water at once. Old pipes may leak under pressure. Ancient cement floors may crack from impact. Cleaning needs caution and a specific plan.
Cement blackens from dust and mould fast. Existing cracks may worsen from excessive water. Gravel and sand work into fissures. Removing weeds from old flooring needs care not to cause further damage.
Al Sham is one of the four historic quarters inside the old walled city of Jeddah in the north of Al Balad, with heritage buildings and very narrow streets, close to Hassan Annani Mosque, Souk Al Alawi and Umm Hina Cemetery.
Leaves and debris collect in corners and cracks because courtyards are tight, needing careful hand removal.
Weeds in joints and cracks grow fast from damp, needing careful removal to avoid damaging old foundations.
Paths and old cement floors need sweeping first before mopping, and water must be small amounts with good drainage.
Small outdoor seating must be managed so it does not get too wet, and textiles dry slowly in dark courtyards.
Tight planting beds round the house need careful cleaning, and mould may appear round plants quickly.
Waste from an old courtyard includes leaves, weeds, mould and dampness, all needing a plan tailored to each space.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Historic district: close-set buildings, narrow lanes and ageing services
Close buildings and narrow streets mean private courtyards are very small and dark. Cleaning needs light equipment and little water, and care with simple old foundations is essential.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Sham too, and more than one can share a single visit.
