Clean first, then disinfect
The common mistake is spraying disinfectant over dirt.

Al Ammariyah is an old central Jeddah district around the Eve Cemetery on a tight street grid with closely packed apartment buildings and terrazzo floors worn smooth by decades of use. Surfaces are under pressure from busy streets, cooking grease and fine black dust, and shared pipes between many families carry moisture and mould. Disinfection here is sensitive work that must respect the aged surface.
Old terrazzo retains footprints, grease and permanent staining from constant foot traffic, and ordinary cleaning cannot remove it because it has been absorbed into the finish. For the method itself, see our disinfection and sanitisation service in detail.
Terrazzo is no longer new material but polished smooth by decades of foot traffic, which means disinfectant does not flow easily and does not reach every pore. Hard scrubbing risks damage and may crumble the stone, so we need gentle contact, patience and long dwell time before the disinfectant can actually work.
Streets are so narrow they do not dry quickly, and shared pipes connecting dozens of families carry constant moisture. Mould grows in dark corners and grout lines, and musty smell from damp penetrates the whole flat. Disinfection must address moisture and mould together, not just the surface.
Al Matar Street and Khalid ibn Al Walid Street are busy roads, and fine black dust from vehicles and diesel penetrates every window and settles on curtains, carpets and surfaces. Trapped dust shields the disinfectant, so deep cleaning must come first to let the product reach the surface.
Located between Bab Makkah, Al Kandarah and Makkah Road in old central Jeddah on a very tight street grid near Al Matar Street and Khalid ibn Al Walid Street, where three old districts converge.
Surface cleaning of terrazzo must be very gentle and water only, not harsh chemicals before disinfection.
Taps are covered in both heavy scale and mould, needing dual treatment: scale removal then disinfection.
Tap outlets sit under constant moisture and may be blocked by black mould, and need careful cleaning.
Kitchen terrazzo surfaces carry layers of grease, dust and street salts combined, needing gentle cleaning.
Drains may be blocked by mineral deposits from old water and mould combined, and need chemical treatment before disinfection.
Ventilation after disinfection may be weak because streets are narrow and windows may be small.
A move-in, an illness and an after-party aren't the same job.
Grime and grease shield what's under them.
A disinfectant has to stay wet on the surface to work.
Handles, switches, taps and rails are done by hand because they carry the most and need direct contact that fogging alone doesn't give.
Once the hard surfaces are done, a fine fog reaches the air, the fabrics and the corners a cloth can't, settling over what hand-wiping misses.
We open up and air the rooms, then walk the home with you before leaving.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
The foggers and the products come with the team.
If what you need is deep cleaning or mould work rather than disinfection, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ammariyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
