We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Balbeid is a newly developing scheme north Jeddah between Obhur and coastal zones, with ongoing building and vacant plots. Streets are new but asphalt is weak and rainwater drainage fails. Fine sand from gardens and farms enters under doors, and salt from the nearby sea settles on everything. Deep cleaning tackles accumulation of sand, salt and moisture in homes still finding their final form.
Most homes in Balbeid are newly built but internal streets are narrow and drainage is weak; moisture enters floors and walls easily. For the method itself, see the full deep cleaning page.
Gardens send fine sand and the nearby sea sends salt; both enter under doors and settle on floors. Cleaning needs dry sweeping first to remove sand before mopping.
Internal streets have poor drainage; rainwater pools and seeps into foundations. New homes need better sealing and frequent cleaning for moisture.
Moisture and salt together encourage mould to grow fast in bathrooms and sealed corners. Deep cleaning removes accumulated deposits but moisture returns.
A new scheme north Jeddah between the shore and open ground, streets are new but incomplete, humidity is high and fine sand is abundant, homes need better sealing.
Kitchens in new Balbeid homes are exposed to moisture; new cupboards need protection from humidity and salt.
Bathrooms in the new scheme suffer more damp than expected; mould appears fast in grouting and corners.
High surfaces and new curtains gather sand and salt quickly; regular cleaning is necessary.
New furniture in new homes absorbs moisture and salt; gaps underneath need careful dry sweeping.
New windows gather sea salt and moisture; gaps between frame and glass need careful attention.
New doors and handles are affected by salt and damp; cleaning includes protecting metals from rust.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing construction in the scheme means streets and drainage are incomplete, so moisture and sand enter more easily than in finished districts, and deep cleaning focuses on removing what enters from outside.
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.
We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Balbeid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
