We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Al Mursalat is an apartment district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah, close to the Bahrah boundary. The Jeddah Makkah Expressway passes directly through it, and heavy lorries travel it constantly. Dust is darker and oilier than anywhere else in Jeddah. Coastal humidity causes mildew rapidly, and small shared flats trap odour and moisture together, making deep cleaning necessary rather than optional.
Small shared flats trap odours and moisture quickly. Closed kitchens and bathrooms without windows need strong ventilation after cleaning to release trapped dampness. The smell of cooking lingers for days in these confined spaces. For the method itself, see what deep cleaning involves.
The expressway runs immediately adjacent to the apartment blocks. Lorries release thick black soot that enters under doors, through windows and cracks. Small flats with shared entrances trap the soot and its smell, and air circulation is slow. Every surface shows a greasy black film within weeks.
Small kitchens and windowless bathrooms trap moisture. The coast is close by, warm damp air rises quickly into mildew and musty smell. Condensation builds on walls overnight, and the smell settles into every fabric within days.
One entrance serves multiple flats. Soot and mildew settle in shared carpet and walls very quickly. Cleaning one flat thoroughly may not remove smell if the shared entrance and common areas still harbour it, and odour drifts back in.
An apartment block district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah with close-built flats and shared entrances. The Jeddah Makkah Expressway runs directly through the area. Dust and soot levels are heavier here than in any northern Jeddah district.
The small kitchen needs deep degreasing from daily cooking, with walls and cabinets showing cooking odour buildup and road soot combined, requiring vigorous scrubbing throughout.
Small sealed bathrooms carry green mildew from constant moisture, with ceramic and corners requiring hard scrubbing to remove deposits and mildew that accumulates rapidly.
Windows and net curtains darken from soot extremely quickly, and aluminium frames need scraping and regular washing to prevent soot from building so thickly.
Upholstered furniture and mattresses in small confined flats absorb odours and moisture very rapidly indeed. Ventilation and drying after cleaning are absolutely essential to prevent smell locking back in.
Central air vents and shared ventilation clog from dust and soot quickly. Internal and external drainage channels need scraping and clearing regularly from blockages.
Light switches, door handles and touch points carry thick layers of soot, moisture and mildew requiring vigorous continuous scrubbing with strong cleaner to expose the underlying surface.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.

We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mursalat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
