We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sawari is a newly developed northern district between King Saud Road and Prince Abdulmajeed Road, filled with new villas and apartments around Al Sawari Park. The air here blends very fine construction dust with distant sea salt, so new curtains get soiled but more slowly than in the high-humidity coastal north.
New villa curtains here fill with fine dust rather slowly and without weight, and musty smell appears before any visible marks on white fabrics, suggesting the soiling is inside the weave. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
Al Sawari is a new district and building continues on neighbouring plots, so dust is extremely fine and seems to cause no entry, but it penetrates tiny window gaps and settles on curtains inside without obvious visibility at first.
Al Sawari is far from the shore, but the air carries very faint sea salt. This salt leaves no obvious marks in the first weeks, but accumulates steadily and gradually weakens the thread structure.
New villas here chose modern soft fabrics, and new textiles absorb dust and salt faster than used fabrics. In the first year, curtains need repeated professional care.
Around Al Sawari Park and Abdullah Al Sudais Mosque, the district is orderly and modern with some neighbouring land still under construction, so fine building dust enters through windows continuously.
Fabrics here are mostly new: chiffon, soft cotton and light silk, and each requires special care because of its delicate nature when brand new.
Taking down curtains from new villas reveals fine dust that has crept into every fold and edge, accumulated from the earliest months.
Dry vacuuming removes surface dust, but fine dust embedded in the weave needs very gentle soaking first.
Stains are few in a brand new area, most soiling is general dust and odour from the particles themselves.
Washing depends on fabric age: new ones need extreme care, fabrics that have been in place a year can tolerate slightly stronger treatment.
Drying is relatively fast because fabrics are light and the air is not highly saturated with moisture in Al Sawari.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed new district means curtains face a new combination: ultra-fine construction dust with faint sea salt. This differs from the dense humid coastal neighbourhood or the old busy commercial quarter.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Sawari too, and more than one can share a single visit.
