We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Jamiah is an established district south Jeddah north of Old Makkah Road. Tall apartment blocks densely stacked above shops, markets and restaurants. Curtains here span multiple storeys with shared entries, in compact flats. Population density is high and main roads are very close. Dust from heavy traffic is fine and black. Shops and restaurants send moisture, grease and fumes upward. The team must be precisely organised to remove, clean and rehang curtains from a single building that may hold twenty flats or more.
Al Jamiah holds more apartment buildings than any other district. A single flat may be distant from a main road but shares a stairwell and lift, and cooking and shop smells reach everywhere. For the method itself, see the full curtain cleaning page.
One building may need curtain removal from ten to twenty flats. Wet heavy equipment cannot be carried up stairs. Lifts may be tight and too small for large gear. The team needs light equipment and a drying station nearby. Organisation must be precise.
A third or fourth-floor flat may smell the grocer, the restaurant and the bakery below all at once. Oil, salt and moisture rise on air currents. Curtains trap them all. One wash may not clear everything. Multiple cycles may be needed.
Al Jamiah Road and Stadium Road are busy main routes. Trucks and cars release black dust and smoke. Curtains even on the first floor of a building distant from the road carry black dust. Flats with windows facing the main road catch much more.
An established district north of Old Makkah Road in south Jeddah. Tall apartment blocks above shops, markets and many restaurants. Close to Al Jamiah Roundabout and the Andalusia Hospital. Heavy traffic on Al Jamiah Road and Stadium Road. Very high resident density.
Al Jamiah holds old apartment blocks with curtains that may be years old. We inspect fabric, thread and metalwork first because age can weaken everything.
Removal can be very difficult. Metalwork may be heavy and rings burnt by rust and moisture. Curtains may be hung in unconventional ways.
Dry vacuum is very vigorous because dust, grease, fumes and mildew are layered deep. We use powerful suction and strong brush.
Stains are usually a complex mix of dust, grease, moisture and mildew. They may need very strong soaking and multiple wash cycles. Some may not clear.
Washing is vigorous for strong curtains, gentle for weak ones. Some may need very delicate handling because they are fragile.
Drying needs excellent ventilation. Building moisture returns fast. We leave them completely dry before rehang.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Crowded flats above shops, markets and restaurants mean every curtain holds constant moisture from below. Weak fabrics may lose their strength from persistent dampness. Our cleaning removes moisture and mould, but preserving them needs good ventilation in the home.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Jamiah sits at the Al Jamiah Roundabout near the Andalusia Hospital on Al Jamiah Road. Work begins at flats near Al Fath Park and spreads to other buildings along Stadium Road. Major landmarks and the hospital help pinpoint exact building locations across the district.
We provide these in Al Jamiah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
