We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Buhairat is a new development within the Obhur North subdivisions, with newly built homes and vacant plots between them. Active construction raises sand and gravel dust constantly. Curtains in the new homes here gather dust faster because windows are not yet fully sealed and the air is thick with building site particles.
Dust from active building sites enters through windows and settles on new curtains quickly before the district fully settles. For the method itself, see our guide to curtain cleaning.
In a newly developed area, foundations are being dug and buildings are going up. Wind lifts sand from the work sites every day. This dust is heavier than street dust and enters through gaps around windows, settling deep into the fabric.
The open ground between new foundations and completed homes is bare earth. Wind, excavation and construction vehicles on these vacant plots raise sand and gravel every day. Homes facing these open areas take direct dust through their windows.
In newly built homes, sealing takes time and windows may not be fully weatherstripped yet. Dust enters through gaps and cracks more easily than in older homes with complete seals.
A developing district within Obhur North subdivisions where the municipality has asphalted dozens of internal streets, with newly cleared plots and newly built homes surrounded by open ground and active construction.
Fabric and how it hangs: New curtains are modern factory fabric, varied types, hung on new rails not yet heavily used.
Panels taken down carefully: We remove carefully from new fixtures that may not yet be fully calibrated, and carry with care so as not to scratch the rails.
Dry vacuum before any water: We start with very strong suction to lift the heavy construction dust that can clog the weave.
Stains treated one by one: Construction sand stains are different from natural dust, and we treat them gently so as not to scratch the fibres.
Cleaning method set by type: New curtains need gentle first wash to protect the original factory treatments and finish.
Rehung and creases dropped: We rehang on the new rails carefully to avoid scratches, and spread evenly for uniform drying.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new development like Al Buhairat, new curtains face heavy construction dust from active building sites and vacant open ground. Cleaning must be careful not to damage new fabric or its original protective treatments.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
In Al Buhairat we navigate via Jeddah Madinah Road or King Abdulaziz Road, timing the visit by your location near Abhor Park or Prince Abdulmajeed Road so we find the subdivision and correct entrance.
We provide these in Al Buhairat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
