The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Waziriyah is a compact mixed district in south Jeddah bounded by Al Falah Road, Stadium Street, Al Mahjar Street and Zainal Street, with shops, restaurants and warehouses on ground floors and apartments and villas above. Traffic from these bounding roads and commercial activity continues all day, and soot and heavy particulate from diesel trucks and shop operations make chandelier cleaning deeper and more thorough.
Al Waziriyah is congested with activity and shops, and dust and diesel soot deposits on curtains, furniture and chandeliers much darker and oilier than in quiet neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see how we approach chandelier cleaning.
Al Waziriyah is framed by Al Falah Road, Stadium Street, Al Mahjar Street and Zainal Street, all congested with traffic and heavy trucks. Warehouses and commercial activity mark the edges, so oily diesel soot settles on chandeliers, curtains, carpets and furnishings heavily.
Soot from diesel exhaust and commercial activity is different from fine dry dust, it is oily and clings to crystal and metal much harder. Chandelier cleaning in Al Waziriyah needs purer water and careful rubbing to remove oils without scratching.
Al Waziriyah is close to the coast but not directly on it, so humidity is moderate but soot and oils from vehicles mix with moisture and make grime harden. Bathrooms hold high humidity and limescale from roof tank water.
A small residential district in south Jeddah bounded by four main roads, a mix of apartment buildings and villas with shops and restaurants, close to Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium and King Abdulaziz Hospital.
Al Waziriyah is an older district and homes may be old with original chandeliers, so we inspect the hanging point and support carefully before removal.
Soot may have affected wiring and metals, so we isolate power carefully at the dedicated circuit or main board and confirm twice.
We photograph the chandelier from every angle before removal especially if the design is intricate.
Each piece is washed in very pure warm water and soaked slightly if grime is hardened, then rubbed carefully.
Frame and arms are cleaned thoroughly of oily soot with care, and tight gaps between arms need special attention.
After refitting we power the lights and stand with you to confirm the result and the chandelier shines clearly.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
Al Waziriyah is bounded by Al Falah Road, Stadium Street, Al Mahjar Street and Zainal Street, which provide easy access. Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium is very close and helps pinpoint the location exactly.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Waziriyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
