The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Fadeelah is a villa district in south Jeddah bordered by the Al Lith branch road and the Middle Ring Road, where each home sits behind its own wall and gates with a private garden. Chandeliers here hang in spacious rooms and high ceilings, a very different setting from apartment blocks. The challenge is variable: villas range from old to brand new, and a ceiling may be standard or very high. Access is private and family-controlled. Chandeliers in villas tend to be more valuable and more intricate than those in flats.
Villas here face dust from the surrounding roads, especially the Middle Ring Road, and gardens that are watered regularly draw dust and damp inside near the ceiling. Chandeliers here accumulate far less cooking smoke and grease than villas near shops or commercial areas. For the method itself, see what chandelier cleaning involves.
Villas in Al Fadeelah typically have very high ceilings, especially in reception and living rooms. The chandelier hangs in the centre of a generous space and working around household furniture is relatively straightforward. The space gives us freedom to move and set up properly. The high ceiling means we need appropriate equipment, but the overall workspace advantage means working in a villa is far easier than in a cramped flat.
Most Al Fadeelah villas have gardens, shrubs and automatic irrigation systems. Dew and moisture from the watering system enter the house through large glass doors and windows. Dust becomes damp as it settles near high ceilings and window openings, leaving lighter marks than dry dust. Chandeliers near a large window may accumulate moisture and fine green algae growth.
Al Fadeelah contains villas over twenty years old and brand new homes. Old chandeliers may be mounted on weakened attachment points and wiring may be brittle. New chandeliers may be imported and valuable with strong mounting and shiny metals. Each villa requires separate assessment and the work method changes with building age and fixture history.
Al Fadeelah is a residential district in south Jeddah with the Al Lith branch road to the west, Samar bin Jundab Street to the north and the Middle Ring Ring Road to the south. Villas sit spread across the district, each with its own boundary wall, garden and parking space.
Initial inspection includes assessment of the ceiling, mounting, garden and surroundings. We ask about the building age, fixture age and any known problems. All of this shapes the plan.
Power is cut at the circuit breaker and electrical testing is careful, especially in older homes where wires may be aged. Garden moisture raises caution levels.
Layout photography documents every detail because imported or valuable chandeliers may be complex and the arrangement may be unusual.
Washing uses warm water and any detergent matched to the soiling type and metals. Imported crystal may need extra gentleness.
Frame, arms and electrical connection points are inspected carefully, especially in older homes where oxidation may run deep or wires may be brittle.
Reassembly and final testing is executed with the same precision. Every component and every connection point is tested and confirmed safe and beautiful.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
Al Fadeelah sits about 3.5 km from Al Quraniyah and about 3.5 km from Al Karamah.

We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
Al Fadeelah is bounded by the Al Lith Branch Road to the west and Samar bin Jundab Street to the north, with Al Tawheed and Al Risalah mosques and Shuaa Al Mustaqbal private school marking the district. We reach villas from one of the main district entrances and enter each home directly from its private gate.
We provide these in Al Fadeelah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
