We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Tabah is one of the newly released districts in the new urban extension of north Jeddah alongside the Obhur and Wadi Obhur area. Villas and compounds here are new but surrounding land is vacant and building continues. Dust from raw ground and surrounding projects enters the villa easily, and fine sand from land ready for development creeps in on the wind.
In districts experiencing new urban development, a new villa a week after moving in needs repeated cleaning because dust and sand enter fast. For the method itself, see how we approach chalet cleaning.
Tabah is newly released and vacant plots and surrounding projects send continuous dust. Horizontal surfaces and windows collect a grey haze fast, and new fabrics absorb dust readily.
Proximity to Obhur means fine sand from beach and ground, and entrances cannot keep it out entirely. New polished marble floors scratch easily from fine particles, and protecting them requires care.
Closeness to Obhur and the creek means high humidity and sea salt depositing on glass and outdoor fabrics. This salt and humidity combined with dust makes cleaning more complex.
The district lies in the new urban extension in north Jeddah alongside the Obhur area, served by main roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road.
The new kitchen may carry paint residue on the floor, which we clean carefully and remove before use.
New bathrooms may have mortar dust in corners and on tile joints, which we clean carefully and ensure is fully dried.
A new pool may need draining and the surround cleared of sand, dust and sea salt thoroughly.
Polished marble floors are highly vulnerable, so we clean them with great care from fine sand and salt without scratching.
We ensure bedrooms and seating are free of dust and salt, and new curtains are clean of sand and salt deposits.
Building waste may remain in the yard, which we remove and arrange so the exterior is organised.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Chalets in Tabah are set within the new extension alongside the Obhur area, and the Jeddah Madinah Road serves the district. Our route to you follows this main road clearly, and we find the district entrance without difficulty.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Tabah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
