We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Abeer is a newly released subdivision within Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, and the villas and compounds here are new but building work continues around you. Vacant plots and active construction sites surround the district, and construction dust carries on the wind into every chalet. Fine sand from the raw building sites creeps in around doors and windows no matter how well they seal.
In districts under active construction, a chalet that finished last month is enveloped by dust and sand from dozens of projects around it, and cleaning a week after you move in is twice as heavy as cleaning a month later. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
The district remains under construction and wind carries building dust from multiple projects around you. Horizontal surfaces, window sills and glass collect a grey haze days after cleaning. New fabrics and soft furnishings absorb this dust at speed, and the problem grows if rain is light and wind speeds climb.
The vacant plots around your chalet shed fine sand with every footstep on exposed ground, and entrances cannot stop it entirely. Carpets and seating collect this grit. Polished marble floors scratch easily from the fine particles, and removing the sand without leaving swirl marks takes care.
A new villa still carries paint residue and mortar dust on floors and around windows and fittings. Preparing the chalet for guests requires specialist treatment of fresh surfaces and new polished marble, which can dull or stain if the wrong products touch it.
The district lies on the edge of Jeddah proper where King Abdulaziz Road and the Jeddah Madinah Road serve it, and the building is recent but the surrounding land has not yet been built on.
The new kitchen may carry adhesive residue or paint on the floor and surfaces, which we clean carefully and remove before the space is ready for use.
Bathrooms in new villas may have mortar dust trapped in corners, which we clean with care and ensure the room is fully dry afterward.
A new pool may need draining and the surrounding deck cleared of sand and dust from the building work before guests arrive.
New polished marble floors are vulnerable to scratching, so we focus on gently removing fine grit without leaving swirl or dull marks.
We ensure bedrooms and seating areas are free of paint flakes and sand in corners, and we clean new curtains of building dust.
Building debris may remain in the yard and outdoor seating, which we remove and organise so the exterior is as clean as the interior.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a district under active construction, the first walkthrough is vital to understand the scale of dust and debris left by building work, and we plan the clean based on what we see.
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Abeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
