We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Majami is a subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, home to large private plots and mansion style villas with spacious outdoor areas, gardens and a boundary wall to every house. Cleaning a chalet here is different from apartments and residential blocks: the courtyard and garden are part of the chalet, and luxury outdoor furniture and private pools need specialised care.
Large modern villas need a full team to clean, and gardens, pools and luxury outdoor furniture double the work compared to an apartment. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Each villa has a private garden that collects fallen leaves, earth and dust. Trees and plants need careful cleaning around them without damaging them. Front and rear courtyards and perimeter areas need cleaning separate from the interior.
Outdoor furniture, sunshades and silk and cotton cushions are expensive and delicate. Dust, humidity and sun damage them quickly. Cleaning requires skill to avoid spoiling colours and fabrics.
Private pools need cleaning of the edges and surrounding floors and the pool water itself is outside our scope. Hot tubs and water fountains need special attention. Our focus is the surrounding areas.
A villa neighbourhood in north Jeddah within the city's new urban extension, with large private plots and substantial residential properties, served by main roads connecting to the Jeddah Madinah Road.
Kitchen and barbecue area in large villas may be within the courtyard, and grill cleaning and surrounding floor care need special attention to grease and soot.
Bathrooms in villas are multiple and spacious, and luxury taps and showers need careful cleaning to avoid scratching.
Pool surround and outdoor seating are large and extensive, and surrounding floors and furniture need deep and regular cleaning.
Floors and glass in the villa vary: interior and exterior, marble and ceramic and stone, each type needs appropriate treatment.
Bedrooms and majlis in large villas are numerous, and luxury curtains and fabrics need specialist washing.
Waste collection and final tidy include checking the garden, outdoor furniture and confirming complete cleanliness throughout.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villas mean large outdoor spaces that need separate cleaning attention: gardens, courtyards, outdoor furniture and pools are all part of the chalet. Interior cleaning alone is not sufficient here, and outdoor quality is as important as inside.
We provide these in Al Majami too, and more than one can share a single visit.
