We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Balbeid is a newly developing northern district with construction ongoing everywhere, and chalets here sit surrounded by vacant plots and villas still under build. Dust from machinery and trucks enters homes constantly, and weak asphalt on internal roads raises far more grit than organised streets. Sand and gravel from open land seep in under doors, and the chalet needs cleaning that manages continuous dust flow rather than just post-event turnovers.
Weak asphalt on internal roads lifts dust and grit with every passing vehicle, and machinery on both sides raises sand continuously that enters homes within hours. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
Building is underway on nearly every side of the chalet, and excavators and trucks raise heavy dust all day long. This dust enters homes under doors and windows and settles on furniture and floors at pace. Cleaning never stops here.
Internal streets are unfinished or poorly surfaced, so every passing vehicle raises dust and stone. Drainage is weak too, so puddles collect mud and grit and release it with every gust of wind.
The district is surrounded by vacant land and villas still under construction, and fine sand and gravel move with wind and traffic. New chalets have no vegetation yet, so there are no natural barriers of trees and grass to stop dust and sand.
Balbeid is a new development scheme within Obhur Al Shamaliyah with basic services in place but building continuing all around, internal streets still unpaved or poorly surfaced, and weak rainwater drainage throughout.
The kitchen fills with dust from outside before it is used once, and new appliances need protection from grit and sand while construction continues all around.
New bathrooms need frequent dust cleaning, and new ceramic scratches easily from sand if not swept before mopping.
Any outdoor seating collects dust and sand at pace, and new outdoor furniture needs protection from dust and dampness during ongoing building.
New marble and porcelain floors are polished and reflect grit, and scratches from sand show at once, so quick sweeping before mopping is essential.
Bedrooms and living areas need strong ventilation to clear dust, and new curtains trap grit easily and need frequent cleaning.
Construction waste may be present around the chalet, and final tidying needs careful checking of balconies, windows and corners.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means building continues and services are incomplete. Cleaning here is not a separate task but an ongoing process to manage continuous dust and sand from around the chalet. Even if the eye says the chalet is clean, regular cleaning is necessary.
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Balbeid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
