We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Najmah is a new development within the Jawharat Al Arous scheme in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, with new villas on large residential plots. Fine sand enters with every footstep and garden watering leaves chalky rings on the tile. New carpet needs deep vacuuming to remove sand before it becomes woven into the pile.
Carpet in the new villas of Al Najmah collects fine sand and mineral deposits from watering and the open air quickly, and new marble and porcelain floors scratch easily when sand is dragged across them. For the method itself, see what carpet and rug cleaning involves.
Al Najmah villas stand on large plots with gardens and open courtyards. Fine sand from vacant land and garden soil comes in with every step and drifts on the wind. New carpet traps sand in the pile quickly. Deep vacuuming first pulls it out before it becomes a permanent part of the weave.
Most new homes here have automated gardens watered by spray. Mist from the sprinklers that drifts onto the carpet and courtyards dries and leaves hard mineral rings. Hard water makes the deposits worse. Treatment before washing is essential to dissolve the deposits.
Marble and porcelain in these new villas are very smooth and polished. Fine sand scratches them when walked and mopped. New villas need careful carpet washing near the hard floors to avoid cross-contamination.
A new district within the Jawharat Al Arous development in Obhur north Jeddah, lying north west of Madinah Road, dominated by large residential land plots for new villa construction.
Carpet in new villas contains fine sand and mineral deposits from watering and the open ground that must be completely removed before washing starts.
Deep dry vacuuming here is essential to pull out sand that has settled in the pile base before it becomes woven in.
Mineral rings from sprinkler water are treated with a special pre-wash to dissolve deposits and ensure complete removal.
The washing method is gentle on new carpet while delivering strong removal of settled sand and mineral particles.
Fitted carpet in new villas is washed carefully to prevent sand and water getting under the foundation.
Wet extraction and drying must be complete because sand and mineral deposits can retain water and cause slow drying.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Najmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
