We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asalah is a newly established district in north Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City. Construction is ongoing and vacant plots still surround new homes. Fine sand enters from every direction: from the open land, building sites and dusty roads. Homes are new with marble or porcelain flooring that sharp sand scratches easily. New carpet needs special care to prevent sand from embedding in the base before the neighbourhood is complete. This is not a mature district yet; it is an active construction zone.
New carpet in new homes needs early cleaning before sand accumulates deep in the base. Sharp sand will scratch new marble and porcelain floors if not swept before mopping. For the method itself, see what carpet and rug cleaning involves.
Active construction and ungraded roads surround the new villas. Wind carries sand into courtyards and streets. Footsteps bring it into homes constantly. New carpet needs strong dry vacuuming before any water touches it.
Fresh marble is sensitive to grit. Dry vacuuming first protects the new flooring. Once scratching begins, cleaning may compound the damage. Prevention is the only strategy.
Building sites release construction dust and sharp sand. Air is more heavily contaminated with grit than in finished districts. Carpet and furnishings carry thick construction dust.
A small, recently established district in far north Jeddah between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, close to King Abdullah Sports City with new villa and apartment buildings. Wadi Obhur passes through it and the drainage network is still being completed.
New carpet in new villas and flats may be wool or acrylic. The team checks fibre type before cleaning and may use cooler water for newly installed carpet to preserve quality.
Deep dry vacuuming is the critical first step. Sand and dust must be removed before water touches the pile, or water may drive the grit deeper into the backing.
Mineral stains from hard water are treated with demineralising chemistry. Soil and sand marks are treated with strong rinsing.
Fitted carpet in new homes is cleaned gently with moderate temperature water to avoid damaging new fibres.
Fitted carpet in hallways and entries may need extra initial vacuuming to remove accumulated sand before washing.
Wet extraction removes remaining sand and water from the pile, and natural air drying is enough in a new construction area. Humidity measurement confirms the carpet is ready for use.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Asalah sits between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway near King Abdullah Sports City where main routes intersect. The team understands this is a newly building district and brings equipment suited to removing sand without damaging new flooring or carpet.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
