We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ajwad is a planned residential grid in north eastern Jeddah just east of the Haramain expressway, with villas and mid-rise apartment blocks mixed alongside shop frontages along Al Ajwad Street. Carpet here absorbs both heavy and fine dust from the expressway traffic, and the mix of new villas, older apartments and ground-floor shops means different carpet types on the same street may need completely different washing approaches.
Dust from the Haramain Expressway enters homes quickly and settles deep, and the planned regular layout allows air movement but the expressway is very close by. For the method itself, see what carpet and rug cleaning involves.
The expressway raises heavy dust from lorry exhaust and fine dust from tarmac surface. This mix of particles settles deep into pile and weights carpet noticeably, and demands deep, powerful dry vacuuming before any water extraction.
The new villa next door has modern synthetic carpet that tolerates higher heat; the older apartment opposite may hold weak wool pile; the shop below has heavy commercial nylon. Each needs a different water temperature, and one method applied to all damages some and under-treats others.
The eastern location means drier air and lower moisture than on the coast, so drying is faster after extraction. But dry air means dust stays suspended longer and can re-enter the home, so post-wash ventilation is delicate.
Al Ajwad is a planned grid in north eastern Jeddah east of the Haramain Expressway, containing villas and mid-rise apartment buildings with commercial frontages on Al Ajwad Street, adjacent to Al Samir and Al Manar.
Carpet in Al Ajwad carries both heavy and fine dust from the Haramain Expressway, requiring exceptionally deep dry vacuuming to remove all particles before water is introduced.
Deep dry vacuuming is critical here because expressway dust settles deep and rapidly weights the pile, making extraction harder if not preceded by thorough dry cleaning.
Heavy dust stains, dampness marks and light soiling each need different chemistry, and sequence prevents heavy grit from damaging fibres.
Modern synthetics need hotter water and old wool needs cool water specifically, so temperature is selected based on fibre type, not a single setting.
Fitted carpet in shared hallways is cleaned in place with equipment suited to the task, and post-wash ventilation is delicate to avoid dust re-entry.
Wet extraction and continuous free air movement at moderate temperature is essential to prevent heavy expressway dust from settling and bonding under the pile.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Ajwad too, and more than one can share a single visit.
