We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Muntazah sits on Briman's eastern edge, packed with low rise apartment blocks let to workers and middle-income residents, narrow internal streets with worn ground surfaces, and shops at street level. Carpet and fitted carpet here take very heavy traffic from many residents, and hallway fitted carpet carries full street load into the buildings before entering any flat. Intensive initial vacuuming is essential, followed by extraction matched to each fibre type.
Fitted carpet in shared hallways and stairs is rarely replaced because of cost, so it carries layered soil from many years accumulated very deep in the backing and base. For the method itself, see the full carpet and rug cleaning page.
Apartment blocks let to workers house many residents in small footprint, and daily hallway and stair traffic is intense. Fitted carpet carries soils accumulated from years, and ordinary vacuuming never reaches deep enough into the base.
Narrow internal streets have soiled and deteriorating surfaces, and heavy traffic carries street dirt directly into hallways and stairwells. Carpet in the flats receives exposure to these accumulated soils carried upward by foot traffic.
Hallway and stair fitted carpet is strongly bonded and very old, and removal could damage the building structure. It is cleaned in place and needs very powerful vacuuming to lift deep soils without loosening the backing.
A densely populated district on Briman's eastern edge, apartment buildings largely let to workers and middle earners, narrow internal streets with deteriorating paved surfaces, bounded by Wadi Al Asla to the east, with shops occupying ground floor premises.
Distinguishing flat carpet from fixed hallway carpet is critical because washing methods are entirely different and cannot be applied to both in the same way.
Deep dry vacuuming here is essential and requires multiple passes because soil has accumulated from many years deep in the base of hallway and stair carpet.
Heavy stains from oils, grease and real grit require strong treatment but must protect the fitted carpet structure itself from damage during extraction.
Washing method differs: fixed hallway carpet can tolerate higher water temperature while delicate flat carpet fibres need lower heat depending on type.
Fixed hallway carpet is never removed and stays in place, because it is permanently bonded and very old and removal could damage the building structure.
Drying in this district needs special attention because hallways are narrow and air movement is poor, so we keep all doors and windows open and run powerful fans for extended periods.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Muntazah is bounded by Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Muawiyah Al Sulami Street to the west, and equipment access comes via these main routes then through narrow internal passages. Work is coordinated with building management because of heavy traffic and confined spaces.
We provide these in Al Muntazah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
