We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Adl West is the western section of the Al Adl district in southeast Jeddah, with mid rise villas and apartment blocks on a planned street grid. It lies between the main roads but sits squarely in south Jeddah's industrial zone, so carpet takes on black oily dust from diesel exhaust. Coastal humidity adds mildew in bathrooms.
South Jeddah dust is darker and oilier than the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, clinging to carpet and curtains with force and leaving an oil smell behind. For the method itself, see our guide to carpet and rug cleaning.
The Makkah Expressway carries continuous heavy truck traffic from the port and industrial city, and diesel soot penetrates homes and settles deeper in carpet than anywhere else.
South Jeddah lies between the sea and heavy transport routes, and coastal moisture blends with diesel soot and oily dust to create a thick, stubborn layer on carpet.
Coastal humidity and diesel soot together create the perfect environment for mildew in bathrooms and clothes storage, and carpet traps a musty petroleum-based odour.
The western part of Al Adl sits between Old Makkah Road and the Expressway near Al Thaghr Hospital and Mosque, but south Jeddah as a whole lies between the port and the industrial city with heavy goods roads passing through.
Carpet here may carry mixed types of heavy soil, so we sort each piece and assess soil level before any cleaning begins.
Deep vacuuming focuses on removing diesel soot and heavy particles before water washing.
Oily and petroleum stains need specialist treatment with degreasing products before extraction.
Washing may need higher temperatures to lift oily soil, but carefully to protect sensitive fibres.
Fitted carpet is extracted deeply to remove all accumulated oily deposits.
Fast drying is critical to prevent mildew forming in damp, oily conditions.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
